The Creative Business – Social Media for the Arts
To be active on social media has become essential for most businesses. Art institutions and artists are also looking for ways to integrate social media in their educational programs and marketing concepts. Big museums like the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Tate Gallery are showing what can be done online.
However some museums, artists or galleries will not have the staff, the know-how or time to use social media to its full potential.
The Creative Business can help to create and to carry out a social media strategy to fit such needs. Our commitment is to provide full services, including responsive websites and film productions, highlighting the unique qualities of each artist or institution in order to achieve a vivid online representation.

Wolfram Schmidt, Photographer and Artist
For more than 30 years Wolfgang Schmidt has been a self-employed photographer specializing in museum and panorama photography in addition to fine art printing. His eye for the finest differences of colour was sharpened by years in a colour laboratory. Digital prints of artworks are first printed out and then compared with the originals in conditions of normal lighting: any discrepancies are then corrected manually. In addition to a classical training as a photography apprentice with its diploma, Wolfgang is also active as an artist and has been a member of the professional association of artists BBK since 1982.
